PT VIRAMA KARYA (Persero) sebagai Perusahaan BUMN Konsultan Konstruksi membuka kesempatan untuk bergabung bersama kami bagi pribadi yang berkompeten, memiliki integritas, dan dedikasi yang tinggi dalam bekerja untuk ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Dibutuhkan untuk Personil pada Pekerjaan Project Facilities and Building Maintenance Services yang akan ditempatkan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Palembang), dengan Kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
1. Supervisor Scaffolding ( Butuh 1 orang ) Code: SSCAF
- Has valid BNSP Migas Inspector Scaffolding Certificate.
- Has 5-year experience installation, dismantling various type scaffolding, hanging, vertical and horizontal.
- Capability Drawing, calculation material and reporting.
- Has valid Confined space certificate and valid Working at Height (WAH) Training.
2. Supervisor Construction (dibutuhkan 2 orang ) Code: SCT
- Minimum D3 with Mechanical, Civil or electric engineer background.
- Has 5-years’ experience in Building Maintenance.
- Has 3-years’ experience in the same position in oil and gas facility.
- Has experience as Maintenance Supervisor in AC, Refrigeration, Kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, water heater, electrical works, and incinerator, WWTP (Wastewater treatment plant), Able to review shop/technical drawing and to analyze and solve the problems. The supervisor shall have capability of Safety knowledge and fully understand of safety regulation and standard.
- A strong background in maintenance and construction
3. Supervisor Electrical/Instrumentation Construction ( dibutuhkan 2 orang ) Code: SEIC
- Has 7-years’ experience in instrument calibration, electrical installation, and hook-up Work
- Has 5-years’ experience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance
- Must be able to read drawings and specifications and ensure Work is completed to applicable standards.
- Familiar with applicable electrical codes and standards
4. Project Control/ Planner (dibutuhkann 1 orang) Code: PCP
- Minimum S1, preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience in a project controlling, planning and scheduling role in similar position.
- Extensive familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications and scheduling software
- An understanding of a good method of preparing an estimate.
- Ability to do careful and accurate calculations.
- Ability to collect, classify and evaluate data that would be useful in estimating.
- Expertise in project control and administration systems.
5. Engineering Civil (dibutuhkan 1 orang) Code: EC
- 5-years’ experience in a Civil engineer
- 3-years’ experience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance
- Extensive familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications and scheduling software.
6. Engineering Electrical (Dibutuhkan 2 orang) Code : EE
- 5-years’ experience in an Electrical engineer
- 3-years’ experience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance
- Extensive familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications and scheduling software
7. Safety Coordinator (di butuhkan 1 orang) Code: SC
- Minimum D3 Safety in K3 or technical background and have Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial safety fields including 2 years minimum in oil and gas construction/production related fields.
- Hold valid K3 certificate from BNSP MIGAS.
- Previous experience as supervisor
- A strong background in Safety Codes of Practices and Standards (OSHA, NFPA, Safety laws, etc.) and Government of Indonesia laws of safety and environment.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in developing and implementing safety health and environmental programs.
