Tanggung Jawab

1. Conduct Market Intelligence collection and positioning research.
2. Conduct spare part sales target achievement, follow-up part program, and dealer management.
3. Creating analysis report.
4. Communicate & coordinate with dealers related to Market and Dealers’ condition and activities.

Persyaratan

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but experienced in related field will be beneficial.
• Good command in English.
• Good command in computer literate.

Service Business Development

Tanggung Jawab

1. Maintain & develop Service Business / Service Quality of Workshop Dealer for Customer Service.
2. Conduct customer visit & maintain good communication with related parties (ASS, Dealer) for customer need.
3. Support operation & digitalization activities at the Dealer.
4. Maintain, monitoring & reporting dealer performance.

Persyaratan

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but experienced in related field will be beneficial.
• Good command in English & Computer literate.
• Have knowledge related to field analysis & market.

Vehicle Assurance

Tanggung Jawab

1. Handle warranty claim and investigate field issue.
2. Handle homologation, audit, and vehicle testing process.
3. Perform vehicle quality in assembly process and carpool.

Persyaratan

• Good command in English.
• Good command in Computer literate.
• Have strong knowledge in vehicle trouble shooting.
