Key Elements of the position include:
- Coordinate with Pit Geologist/Supt Grade Control for updating quality from pit samples and geological model.
- Liaise and coordinate with Mine Planning to review the FOM product 91it/classification from time to time align with current market condition.
- Liaise and coordinate with MOD and CMD EngineerstSupt Technical both Sangatta and Bengalon, related to short, mid and long term production plan.
- Liaise and coordinate with CPPM, CHTM, Marine, CMD Bengalon related to maintenance schedule.
- Liaise and coordinate with Marketing to advice quality specs Of coal sales or available products to market.
- Provide instructions/information to Crusher Scheduling Engineer and Blend Planning Engineer for aligning coal flow scenario related plans.
- Coordinate with MOD and CMD Pit Production, Technical to ensure the quality Of coal iS still within acceptable range as stated in the specification.
- Monitor mining progress at pit in weekly basis.
- Conduct regular monitoring manage data on the quality Of coal at ROM stockpiles and Coal Inventories to obtain consistent. accurate and valid data.
- Develop other employees as required
- Continuously measure section performance (productivity and efficiency).
- Manage changes on business processes as required to improve the productivity and efficiency.
- Promote, reinforce, and monitor the implementation of KPC’s HSE systems in all aspect of section’s activities.
Qualifications :
- S1 in Mining Engineering Geology, or Natural Sciences (Mathematics/Chemistry) with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a coal production/geology/quality environment.
- Ability to work with to collect and analyse coal quality data and to monitor the implementation of plan.
- Understanding of coal qualityelated specifications as required by each buyer in the contract.
- Written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to perform lateral thinking and to develop plans especially on coal production.
- Ability to operate computer software, especiatty spread sheet (advanced in spread sheet like MS Excel).
- Ability to read analyze and interpret instructional and technical materials related to technical procedures, quality management. safety, and applicable government regulations.
- Ability to irnplement quality assurance and quality control
- Analytical skills.
