Lowongan Kerja S&OP Assistant Manager PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia – Sumatera
Role:
S&OP Assistant Manager is responsible to conduct S&OP process by optimizing resources of production capacity planning to meet customer demand, high quality standard and cost competitiveness by developing balance of demand/supply plan across the entire planning horizon. The job scope is managed demand/supply planning Finished Goods for Oleochemicals, Soap & Dove Plant.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Leading monthly S&OP process cycle across 6 months horizon to meet demand & supply fulfillment to maximize plant performance and increase OTIF.
- Regular monitoring with respective stake holder to ensure MTD outcome production / delivery outbound vs Sign off
- Be leader as control focal point to eliminate activity impact S&OP number/achievement both plant operation & incoming RM
- Accommodate customer request and lead project to improve production efficiency
Skills:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or other relevant major (Oleochemical background will be a plus point)
- Business acumen mindset with commercial growth behaviour embedded.
- Have work experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand/Forecasting) by min 3 years dealing with Chemical Industry Sector
- Be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Preference for candidates with solid operational working knowledge of SAP, Data Analytic, Strong Microsoft Excel and Complex Data Management
- Results oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrates continuous improvement approach to streamline work processes and improve demand/supply planning.
- Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei Factory (Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera)
