Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating employee data.
- Administering employee attendance records and posting attendance summaries.
- Managing payroll administration.
- Preparing monthly HR reports.
- Handling BPJS administration for employees.
- Managing data administration for new employees.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with all company systems and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (GPA minimum 3 out of 4)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Administration.
- Experience in processing BPJS, payroll data, and other employment administration.
- Strong analytical and data processing skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations (especially Ms. Excel).
- Good communication skills, independent, honest, meticulous, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work with people from various divisions.
