Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and implementing strategies to develop the organization’s human capital, focusing on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Management/Industrial engineering/ Information System
- Min. 4 years experiences as Human Capital
- Proven experience in designing and implementing human capital development strategies and programs
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience in employee engagement and well-being initiatives is a plus
