Assisting administrative task, made a recapitulation about purchase requisition and purchase order, and will work closely with Category Manager and Category Analyst.
Requirements:
- Final year student or 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 Industrial Engineering with min GPA of 3.50
- Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.
- Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
- Domicile in Jabodetabek
- Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment
- Available to fully work from office (WFO)
- Available to join ASAP
Job Description:
- To assist and analyze purchase decision from PR to PO
- To assist and ensure lead time of goods
- To monitor daily purchase requisition
- Handle administrative things related to Procurement HE&VE Division
