Qualifications and Requirements
- Indonesian citizen, graduated from a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Aged 18-25 for Bachelor’s degree applicants or 24-28 for Master’s/Postgraduate applicants.
- Fully committed to the program by signing a Development Agreement Letter (including willingness to work on-site with a roster system).
- Active in organizations, either academically or non-academically.
- Possess motivation, creativity, communication skill, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
